php, mysql, and subdomains?

right now I'm leaning towards hostrocket, but I wanted to know if anyone knew of another host that offered what I need

Multiple MySQL databases, around 6
Subdomains, around 5 (without having to pay extra)
PHP
atleast 12 GB transfer a month
space isn't a huge deal, but 200+ MB would be could
POP3 and autoresponders, around 10
Mult FTP accounts, and anon FTP

I was going to go with them, and when I was signing up, their pay system didn't work that day and so I decided to check other places and found HostRocket.
