free hosts toplist

I want to start a toplist of FREE WEBHOSTS.
It will be based on A Top List Script and will list sites offering free webhosting categorised into "with ads" & "without ads" , webmaster forums and other tools for webmasters.

NOTHING ILLEGAL will either be reported or hosted.

Hello,

I toplist script usually requires that people click on a banner, then vote for the host and proceed to the website. I doubt many people would like the idea of this as it can be cheated easily (proxy switching) and most people dont want to do that every day to support their host. Best option is to use a review system where users review the host, and rate it. Im sure you could find a script like that somewhere.

At this point in time, im sorry but I dont have an offer for you. My server is in the process of being moved, and putting you on now would only create more for us to move :). Perhaps next month I will have an offer (but im sure someone will have given you an offer by then).
