i don like it. the site seems to just fade into the white background. make the text stand out. it's hard to read. the banner should be smaller. it's taking a big space on the screen. get rid of the google adsense on the left. make it on the bottom or sometin. the design is cool though.

I agree that the Adsense ads disrupt the look of the page, but that's my point. The webpage does not have to be 100% perfect, and it are the imperfections that make people look at the Adsense.
