for the redirect, change it to:

Your google ads are breaking the T.O.S. because they are on a page without content.

and thats all we can review, because forum sites are not allowed.

1. Your violating google TOS by putting ads on a redirect page.
2. The ads in the forum don't blend in
3. nothing is yours its a site that compromises of google ads and someone elses skin.
