Hey everyone!
First a quick bit of info. I'm a student from the UK (currently studying A Levels - which includes ICT!) and have been in the hosting industry for around 4-5 years.
In around 2003 I helped to set up a webhosting company for someone which involved configuring and then maintaining the server for several months, this was my first bit of work in webhosting and I gained a lot from it.
A while later I then provided webhosting support for 2 paid webhosts (one has closed down, the other I have no idea!) for again several months and gained a lot of knowledge.
I then proceeded to set up my own free hosting company in 2003 and offered accounts by using a forum to sign up and process registrations, this was all done manually and a lot of work.
Here I gained most experience in free hosting as over the course of the 2 years (we went paid in Nov 2005 - I can send you the link to the website - which I designed/webmaster of) in which we grew to over 600 accounts - all done manually - with adverts on all sites, as well as a mixture of paid and free plans.
I eventually left in December because of it being too much work going paid and I missed the free side.
So! After not doing anything for about a month and a bit I want to offer my services...
I can HELP WITH free hosting support, sign ups (i.e. as in a forum), help with servers... whatever basically!
I have plenty of experience with all forums, PLESK, cPanel, Ensim, WHM, most live chat support, most helpdesk/trouble ticket systems (including kayako, cerberus and others) as well as experience with servers and VPS'.
Please remember I am a student so have work of my own, but will spend quite a bit of time helping (if your hosting demands it, normally up to 2-3 hours a day!). Therefore if possible, a LIVELY free hosting company that needs a bit of help!

P.S. I say lively companies because I want something to do! So either quite a bit of support/forum chat needed etc - something to get my teeth stuck into
P.P.S. Why am I offering this? Well to be honest I'm bored, I loved doing it when it was free (when I provided free hosting) but just didn't have enough time for myself, so I'm doing this out of the kindness of my heart and to fill up some spare time, I don't want ANYTHING back - just to offer my services!
