Sounds like an urban legend, but I guess N.Y. Post can be trusted. Why do they think the needle was infected with HIV? Let's hope it was stuck into the burger before they fried it. Then she should be safe.

how did you make the 1/2 symbol?I'm not Meow, but I can answer that. Assuming you use Windows, click "Start", go to "Programs", go to "Accessories", and click "Character Map". All sorts of characters just ready to be copied and pasted. For those you may use frequently, look at the bottom corner (right, left, I don't remember which side, but I know it's on the bottom). That will tell you what to type to get the character you have selected. For ½, you hold down Alt and type 0189.

I have heard about nyt but what the hell is nyp?

About a year or so back there was a rumour here that a couple of guys were roaming around in a bike with a needle with blood in it and injecting people with the needle and then claiming that they have been infected with aids. This is actually not possible because if the blood in not kept in the right condition it loses it's properties and everything in it dies.
