Ok, here comes my rather offensive criticism.

Your website is very informative, very comprehensive, it would have been a good thing if your product was super popular, but is your product popular? No

If what you offer is super hot and ppl know about it, trust it, has confidence in it, they come to your site wihout doubts in their minds, and they r willing to read and read and read, get as much info as possible b/c they r interested, they r driven with this vague-but-strong-enough belief in them.

Kinda get what I mean? People who are exploring (meaning they have doubt, no confidence, afraid that they r wasting their time on something not useful), are not prone to read all those info on your site. Which makes your site a lot less valued.

What you shoudl think about doing:
- screenshots, *good* pictures worth 100 (not really 1000) words.
- flash animated intro kind things, introducing key stuff about your product.

Regarding to your site layout, I think it would be a lot nicer if you keep it about the length (height) of your screen, that is roughtly 700~800 px.

I like the look but two things. Many people leave a site if they do not realize what exactly it is selling/offering. Now, given I did not read anything on your page but something should have been placed right or colored catchingly so that I would see it. Nothing jumped out at me thus I scrolled down scrolled up and left. All I could say it was something approx. $79 (you must have done well shwoing the price) and I assume it is related to images or hosting giving the site name. I also think the info below your screenshot could be orgranized better than just centered.

Just note that I browsed your page like an ordinary visitor, I think that is the only way your going to get good input.
