I think if your site has such issues as users getting mad and everything , than i think most hosts will avoid providing you hosting cause for few bucks no one wants the extra headace that can result due to the hack attempts your so called mad users will make. So good luck , you would be better off with a small vps :)

no, no hackers LOL..just mad people if they cant invest or get payment if my website is down, so I just need good uptime, ANY HOST OUT THERE??
