Just realize that unless you are planning on running most cgi chat apps., it won't be long before the account is suspended for overuse of resources. I'd guess you could have 10-ish concurrent users in the chat or less before that happens. There is one chat script that Eddie (techno) knows about and runs that he says is ok, I'd look into that one.
