Firstly here are my requirements for the first server:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 with 2.4GHz
RAM: 512 Megabytes
Storage: 80 gigabyte 7200 RPM Hard Drive
IP Addresses: 5 IP Addresses
Operating System: CentOS (Enterprise Linux) / FreeBSD 4.9
Bandwidth Transfer: 1200 Gigabytes Monthly
Uptime SLA: 99.9% Uptime SLA
Server Monitoring: 24/7 ICMP + access to daily bandwidth graphs

Secondly here are my requirements for the second server:

Processor: Intel Celeron 1.7GHz
RAM: 512 Megabytes RAM
Storage: 80 gigabyte 7200 RPM Hard Drive
IP Addresses: 5 IP Addresses
Operating System: CentOS (Enterprise Linux) or FreeBSD 4.9
Bandwidth Transfer: 1200 Gigabytes Monthly
Uptime SLA: 99.9% Uptime SLA
Server Monitoring: 24/7 ICMP + access to daily bandwidth graphs

Both servers need to come with the following software/services:

BIND (DNS Server)
Interchange (E-Commerce Server)
ProFTPd/PureFTPd (FTP Server)
Apache (HTTP Server)
uwimap (IMAP Server)
Exim (Mail Server)
cppop (POP3 Server)
MySQL (SQL Server)
OpenSSH (SSH Server)

Fantastico De Luxe
WHM 10.8.0 & cPanel 10.8.1-S114

And my budget is $110 (USD) / Month:
my payment preference is having my credit card auto-billed monthly.

The other requirement is that the hosting company needs to have been in business for a minimum of 3 years.

If you are not a hosting company but a customer who has been using dedicated managed hosting services for 3 years -- please feel free to recommend me some hosts who you feel meet the requirements listed above.
Thank you :)

$110 per month for pentium or celeron or both?
Fully managed servers cost much more than unmanaged servers.

James,

Used to be host some non-profit projects at Dedicated Now ;) But they've been billing me incorrectly, initially bought one of their closeout servers, a celeron, it's supposed to cost $70 but they've been billing me 109 monthly for the past 2 years [2001-2003] :( [don't like that and a move is good once in a while]

Cheers!

You have an error their craig ;)

Dedicated Now support is not the best they threatened to unplug servers for non payment even when they have been paid days before. Clearly no one knows what is going on in that place :rolleyes2
