FYI I currently have two accounts on www.futurequest.net and I think they are one of the best hosts. Im not sure what the rule is even after I read the FAQ so if I need to post a link to my domain I will but its in my profile.
However I plan to move one of my accounts to www.npsis.com because for my needs they are less $ and provide 1 mySQL db for $80 a year which FQ does not. They also let you host multiple domains for no additional fees. Ive used npsis.com as a domain registrar however soon I will host with them. They seem to have great tech support just like FQ does.

I have opened and closed my web hosting account at npsis.com all within one week for the following reasons:
Here's the deal:
I asked them 1) how do I forward email out of the domain to elsewhere.
This is very simply done on futurequest but couldnt do it on thier control panel; 2) where are the stats or logs for the site, there was no indication of them anywhere on thier site. These are for disk space used and bandwidth used so you dont go over quota plus stats so you know who is accessing your website and what they are accessing, this is standard, 3) enable the mysql account, 4) added 4 secondary domains.
For the first 3 after the first 24 hours no reply. I then sent another email asking if they got the first one and what I had asked, still no reply to this day. As for the secondary domains it said 24 hours and it was never done.
It seems they were perfectly happy to respond quickly before I signed up. once I did they never replied. This is inexcusable. Not only that but they dont have an automated reply system so you know they got the email, thier whole web site setup and control panel is archaic, They dont even put a default index.html page for you site so if someone sees it they see the unix directory. This is bozo work.
Once youve seen how things are supposed to be done, like at FQ, then you can see when another host is bad. There are lots of bad hosts out there. HM is very close to FQ in terms of support. Check out the forum. It is critical that there be timely communication between you and the web host. Email is good, Forum and formal support ticket system even better. NPsis only uses email and has no automated system or any of the other things. This is BULL---- and they are complete bozos.

Once my DNS nameservers on my domains are finished changing I will be signing up on the $11 a month plan. I will host about 7 domains there all under one account.

I hear nothing but good things about hostingmatters.com
I suggest too, take a look to venturesonline.com.
They are a reliable hosting company.
