You need 20gb Space because?
To run a forum you will need no more than 2 Gb space.
What are you planning to run?
Also to pay monthly there is a Setup charge of $50 and $9.95/mo with dreamhost

Why dont you just go with dreamhost than what seems to be the reason for not going with them? Plus bw is not an issue but offering 20gb space for 9$ (guessing from the price at dreamhost) wont be feasible around here , so whats your budget, cause for 20gb space, that budget is no good.

Don't mean to bash dreams of your 20GB disk space plans for 7.95/per month. That is abnormal and not right. You have to look at it like this. Dreamhost more than likely has 80GB drive's in their machine, "maybe" dual 80GB if anything else. If they offer plans that are 20GB disk space and you use the entire amount, that is over 1/3 of their entire machine on 1 (one) $7.95/per month account. I would say not a good plan, or pricing structure at that. As a1whs says why don't you go with them if that is what your looking for. Quite frankly, you are not going to find any company that is worth their word for that low of budget with your demands or requests rather.
