I desperately need a web host like this....

I've been searching a free webhost which meets my requirement but I'm unable to find my ideal host. I need the foolowing features:

1. More than 10 MB webspace

2. FTP support

3. UNIX/LINUX based server (It should not be WIndows 2000/Windows NT)

4. CGI-BIN support

5. Domain hosting (www.myname.com) with control to change MX records

I don't care for ads on my site but they should not be pop-up ads. Also, please don't recommend www.netfirms.com and www.portland.co.uk. Netfirms.com charges $60/year for changing MX records while www.portland.co.uk is very slow and most of the time, their server is down. Please help me finding a suitable webhost.

you could try http://www.doteasy.com but they charge 35$ to transfer a domain.

They are free with no ads, 20 megs of space I think.

Most free hosts don't allow you to change your MX records. I think HyperMart.net might allow this but I also think they require a credit card. Check them out, they've been around for a long time..
