Our funding currently is 400 dallors this year. 500 dallors next year.

You could basically take a risk - and pay for a small server for about 4-5 months @ $500 you could get one for that and (like all hosts do) hope it sells, but it would give a reasonable period to get yourselves of the ground, get known and have income to pay on an ongoing basis for the sever and possibly improve on your offerings.

I can recommend a few for you if you would like to discuss it with them, you might get a little off the cost (just a maybe) by paying up front for a few months, and I know they are reliable and serious as I've been around the game for longer than I'd care to admit :)

A reseller is a good starting point for hosting but it doesn't beat a dedicated server in terms of control and support.

Also be sure you can manage a server, a lot have fallen on that one.

That will give you free time to learn the software fully and invest into business strategies/billing/support/advertising money and of course a custom web design.
