Would you pay 9.95 for 15 GB's webspace and 300 GB's bandwidth p/ month, but you have to pay for a 12 month period?

I personally wouldn't as the host is obviously overselling, and if they are not an established host they could be down within months (many many hosts close down or get sold within months of opening)
however, if your not too worried about overselling and isnt a big deal if it goes down then maybe this would be a good host for you :-)

I would never pay on a yearly basis, personally.

So $119.4/yr for those options. This host would certainly be overselling as bryceton mentioned!

I wouldn't pay that cheap for a month even :S
I pay about that monthly price for 10GB bandwidth, but I at least know the host will still be there next month ;)

1) pay for year >>>> NO, I would never evenif it attracts saving few $
I don't predict futures, so I prefer shelling usual monthly fee.
2) pay cheap >>> hmm.. preferably no. Everything comes for money, so why will anyone offer it cheap to me in first case ? He is not for charity. Either he is overselling or faking it. I'll prefer lesser features but a stable host.

Since we're on the subject, where could I go for good paid hosting?

As Michael said, post a request but be careful about who you select. For a package with those specifications you should be looking at paying $50+ per month. Be wary of offers at lower prices. :)
