The best is CLEARLY not always the most expensive. I would agree you can pay less to get crappier service, but paying more is not always the way to the promise land.
You just need to do research and find out how good a company is before you go into them. Do your homework and listen to what other people tell you, experience-wise. Base your search more on your needs and what the most reliable company is that meets your requirements, don't even worry about price until you have it narrowed down to a few.
