Small Hosting Request

I would prefer to be hosted by someone that is not just a hosting company looking to get more clients. I would like to be hosted by someone that can offer decent support, and can fulfill a small request for me.

I need:
100MB Disk Space (I probably wont need to upgrade, this is all I ever intend to use.)
2GB Bandwidth (I may not use all of it at first.)
cPanel is prefered.
Fantastico is as well.
PHP, MySQL, etc. (The usual)
I have my own domain.
Preferably no ads (I have my own that don't get clicked on that much anyway)
Preferably no forum posting, but I will if I have to, 50 posts seems sufficient.

My site is about me, since I'm a wonderful person (just kidding), but it will revolve around me. I would like to finally find a reliable place to host my blog, photo albums, forum or flash based chat room, and a few other things to add as I see fit.

If someone would be kind enough to fill this somewhat small request I would be very happy and grateful. If I am offered more that what I need I probably wont take it, seeing as how I wont use it anyway, and if my website gets more popular, I may end up contacting you, but I doubt it.

That's why I wrote PREFERABLY. I know that there is a possibility that it may not be possible for some people so I'll take what I can get.

I think Ako is right. xmgfree.com ARE very good. i've been with them for some time now and its very very good. there is almost always someone on the forums to answer your questions. they are good for small sites like yours.
