Hmm.. the layout is really good, but the colours arent great! I'd say 8/10 for the layout and 6/10 for colours..

Its a nice layout, but I agree with Garfield+ in that the colors are too hard. Try making them a little softer.

Woah.. mixing green tones with blue and earth tones... big no no... design is confusing and all over the place..banners all over the place.. think simple.
