I do not believe that you recieve your very own VPS. It appears that the VPS is shared and that is why the price is so low. I could be wrong, but that is a real good price for all they offer.

As far as I know VPS is actually sharing a SERVER but with ROOT ACCESS.

Well do you have a budget, VPS you get own CPU and RAM resources, I can offer you some good VPS but need a budget so I can offer you the best, our cheapest is $12 Monthly and features 3GB Disk Space and 60GB Bandwidth

Some companies tell you thats its all a VPS environment, but you really don't get root and install privs.
