1) A host willing to allow profanity and nudity. I run a forum that is absolutely legal (no worries there) but contains profanity and possibly nudity at some point. I assure you, NOTHING illegal by any means. If you want more info on the nudity part, I'll gladly explain what I mean.

2) CPanel as it's how my current account is setup, it'd be the easiest way to move my sites right on over without having to resetup everything.

3) Good service is a must.
