targeting an I -frame....

Ok i just made a pretty phat layout an i have 4 frames an in my left nav frame i link it too tha I-frame i have in my right frame where sub diretorys appear in tha I-frame but when i try to link one of tha diretorys to my main (middle frame) i get a pop-up an its pissin me off so if neone can help please do it cuz im runnin out of options other tha start over if u dont understang here s linkhere (http://tha_opie.tripod.com/index2.htm) or this....

blah..when clicked another nav shows up here blah


then i will try to link one of those to tha middle frame which is my main frame but it will only pop up an i tried EVERYTHING i hope sumone understands my dumass so please reply SOON

why so many frames?

o tripod isnt my host i just put it there to test it an see how it looks an i dont like templates thats y i have that many frames.but that wasnt my question ,but its kool i decided ima change it up...
