I dont have a recommendation for you but maybe a few suggestions.
Try going to www.webhostdir.com and do a search for asp, and whatever other features you may be looking for. That should bring you back a few results anyway.
Also you may want to visit www.aspcode.net
They used to have a listing of asp providers, not sure if they still do though.
