I've seen this before. But whoever designed it made it look like a professional type of site. I give it like 8/10 and yeah.. lol. Pretty much about it :)

It has an IPB skin as well, I just don't have an IPB right now to apply it to.

yeah, i meant it doesnt look like a proper design, just a forum without the forum bits.

needs a header too.

Yeah I agree with T.M. and Johnson. Layout design is good. :classic2:
