hey I was wondering if I can ask the ppl who use it a few questions:
1. Do u think they would last long?
2. Do they allow hotlinking?
3 . What is there space and bandwidth?
4. would they aloow my .rm mpeg etc... files?
5. Would I be able to zip up my files so it takes up lest space then upload it?

Web1000 is not only a pornhost, you can host about anything on their servers, and there´s no filesizelimit so technically you have a 50MB limit. (correct me if I´m wrong on this one, they could have a 25MB filesizelimit)

You can choose of a wide variety of Subdomains and can chouse between three types of advertising - Nude Ads, Gay Ads and Adult ads without nude..

And they´ve been aound for quite some time now (at least 3 years, so I think they´re sorta reliable, I´m use them for at least two years now, and never got dissapointed)

Only there´s one problem.. Every now and then their FTP is slow very slow, but other than that I Like em..

Zip files are alowed, Mpeg and such also, don´t know about .rm, but try out, and you will find out.

Hey, cool! Can you tell us how bad the ads are? Do the have reasonable speed and so on? They basically don't care - I could put a page with nothing but links to downloads?

For me the speeds oke, it´s not the fastest, but they allow about everything until now (Still waiting if they find my Mp3´s which are legal)

For the advertising well... There is one pop up and a banner at the top of the page.. Not the greatest thought but, I tried so much different kind of hosts, and they died one after another while this keeps going on...

Like I said I´m satisfied with the speed, but I think it depends where you´re from..

Their non-porn ads are mostly Casino gambling. The rest are straight and gay porn. I think that's the reason they are so reliable, they actually use ads that people click on LOL

All hotlinking is illegal. Your just ripping them off. What pisses me off though is when you have an index page linking to your files, not hotlinked, but you link your page to the index page at the other FWP and they shut you down for no reason.

Doesnt matter. Hosts are cracking down on the "storing for other sites" thing. I got my UK Geocities site taken away last week. Canada Geo is prolly going next, lol.

There's nothing actually illegal about hotlinking. Most hosts just frown on this, and I can totally understand why.
