What I said was 'maybe better when the requester can view the specs' not that you gave the specs as it looks like a VPS not a dedicated. If you don't know the phrase 'specs' then it means 'specifications' as in what's on offer.

CPanel/WHM is $30 normally so $40 extra is a bit much as almost all hosts provide this at cost.

Selling when you cannot provide info on what the client can expect is very off base and also cannot provide any guarentee.

Cheers Leriss - costs for hosts are always tight but adding to obvious (CPanel) is silly :)

And if your site isn't up don't offer - again, client can't find out what they need too, get your company working first.
