setup fee = money out of pocket = not free

i understand that there's no monthly fee or anything but if something is free it means it costs $0 period. so i suggest u edit topic and add $10 Setup Fee

ooh... if there's a setup fee then its not as good as it seems for the webmasters. maybe u could include the part bout setup fee in yr topic...
