Looking for a fast/reliable free host

Looking for another good free host.
I have a domain just laying around that I want to try and do something with.

100-500MB would be great!
php, cPanel a plus ...not necessary
FTP/Frontpage extentions ...way cool!
Small adds .. ok
No adds ... even better!

The site will not host any large files such audio or video files.
Only need to host html and image files.

The site will not be an adult site, it will be for general audience.

I recomand catch-free .. (ive tryed 0moola And Wasn't a Good experience..)

nothing is "free" :) actually, especially some requires ads and post.

the only ads we put are in users cpanels on the main page, and on our site,
thats it.

Do they hope these free hosting clients will someday switch to paid hosting?
