what's the catch with Outhost.org Free cPanel Hosting?

I'm from the US. (I think Indo means Indonesian?) And, the only catch with Outhost.org is you need forum posting. You earn oh$ for posting in the forums. 1oh$ for replies, 2oh$ for new topics. You need 10oh$ for the 1.0 plan and 20oh$ foe the 2.0 plan. You must post monthly.

And yes, I'm liking BMforum so far, except that I can't figure out why the area in topics is only about 10 pixels wide, instead of 120 pixels. It's turning out to be really hard to fix, since most everyone in the community speaks chinese and the few english speakers aren't that much help (no offense).

even though actually only 5 topics per month required for plan1, It seemed ppls are not that interested in your hosting.
and bmforum is superfeatured bulletin board, but not final and skin system is not so cool.

Why would I use another host as my target?? (catch-free.com) What's not appealing?
