I need to earn money to pay for my website. I was wondering what would be my best option to earn a revenue. I only am currently getting around 60 unique hits a day 750 page hits. I currently have CPC ads on my site but I am getting 0 clicks for past two weeks. Any help on what I should do.

No advice.
Would a cpm or cpc be better for me.

Hmm...it depends, if you are not getting any clicks, I would try CPM, the best I've found is http://fastclick.com

Well I did send an application but they rejected me. maybe it was because I already had ads on the site.

This suggest that your ads are not very well targeted.
This means that your ads are of no interest to your viewers
What you need is something like me, I run a hosting site so have hosting banners.
Try sticking some meta keywords in your header

I have already added meta tags with keyowrds similar to the advertising. That does not seem to be helping.

Yeah same because it seems good enough but I've heard a lot of bad comments about it...
