Basically, i'm tired of having so many sites with way too much to do. My hobby has turned into a nighmare. :( So, if anyone would like to use this PR1 domain name on their site, with one of my YPN ads on it, reply here or on Outhost.org. First come first serve, upon my approval.

shiftypshcho replied a few minutes ago that he cannot use the domain due to lack of time. So, it's still up for grabs.

I've already found a potential user for the domain. You can visit Outhost.org and reply to the topic there in case the current user decides not to use it or is available again for some reason or another.
