These kind of websites dont really belong in a shared environment, although they can and will probably work, it is much better to use a dedicated server. It depends on the size and amount of forums you will host.

yeah i just need the funding for it, that's why i start from shared to a dedicated server when i can, so ill be upgrading a bit.

Do you want only cpanel as control panel or any control panel will do , cause today i am getting additional ips for my other server and have setup a control panel also , will do addons after ips are put in place and can offer you for 20$ 15 gb space and 350 gb bw. (bw can be ugraded as its unmetered box).
But to get server working with all the addons and stuff it will take a 2 to 7 days,cause will be doing some testing for a day or 2 also.

what about a semi-dedicated or business hosting plan, if you use a bit more than average resources they will be ok with it. some reseller plans may not offer you the resources you need
