I'm pretty sure this has probably already been done before, but I think it's a cool idea and might do it:

Free Dedicated board hosting (yourname.qio.be or your domain name)

- IPB 1.3
- Woltab Burning Board
- IkonBoard
- PhpBB
- SMF
- k4BB
- BMforum
- etc. free forums

Features:
- You get FTP/cPanel for your account
- 30mb Space, 4gb bandwidth
- I'll install the software for you.
- I'll insert the ad for you, if needed
- I'll install simple mods and skins for you
- I can create a logo for you

Restrictions:
- 2 week inactivity limit (traffic)
- No illegal content (linking included)
- No paid boards allowed (to prevent nulled scripts)
- Must place 1 Yahoo Publisher Network Ad
- No Advertising Boards (link farms, back doors, etc.)
- English Only (might expand in future)

Basically, it's like a multi-host except you get a dedicated account. Is this a good idea? It' be similar to Wbbhost4u, make 5 posts, request hosting, then get your own board. Except, with Qio.be you would get any board you want.

I think it could be improved in terms of the amount of space you get. With just Coppermine (1.3.5) and IPB 1.3.1, and about 300 or so JPG images... I took up about 100 ~ 250 MB... so it sounds good, but not for someone like me.

It's a real cPanel account, so in the event I start it you could always upgrade to the Outhost.org 2.0 plan by posting in the Outhost.org forums. The main point of placing ads on user sites is so that they can worry about their own forum, rather than posting on mine.
