In my opinion, that form doesn't allow me to use my existing domain at (for example) godaddy.com, as minimun i should transfer my domain from godaddy to your site.

So here is an explanation:

1. I want ZENAPS to register a new domain for me.

Select this option if you want to buy a new domain at Zenaps

2. I want to transfer my domain to ZENAPS

This option will allow you to transfer your existing domain to Zenaps.

3. I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain.

This option will allow you to use your existing domain, for example at Goddady, and you will have to update yourself the nameservers to Zenpas. The Zenaps nameservers are provide at your welcome email after your account has been approved.

4. I want to use a free subdomain.

If you want to use a zenaps subdomain.

I guess the third option means you just update ns on your domain to make it point to ns of this webhost.
I have not signed up with them though but this option should be good enough.

I have a request. You need to add AWStats to the hosting. It is the only stats program that I use, at least want to use. You should add other extras too, but AWStats is a must.

Also, just to mention that this is a nice host, fastest servers I have seen on a free host, uptime is a plenty too.

Hi! I've signed up for this. So far, the only email I've got is the Order Confirmation telling my me Order Reference Number, then shortly after, I received and email stating my Account info. My account login is my email add and my password is the one I wrote in the application. Now I want to upload my files using an FTP. What would be the FTP server, my ID and password? And in the cpanel, what username should I use? Obviously it's not my email add coz I tried it and it doesn't work.

The username for cPanel was included in the email you received titled "New Account Information" note: the maximum # of letters allowed in the username is 8, so your username might look cut off.

As for ftp, the main ftp account has the same username as cPanel, as well as the same password

Your ftp server would be ftp.yoursubdomain.zenaps.com, if you asked for subdomain hosting.

so for example if your domain was bob.zenaps.com,
then your ftp server you log into is ftp.bob.zenaps.com
