Hello, I need a new web host. My current host was great while it lasted, but they are no longer meeting my needs.

I need a host that will have a central hub for any websites/domains that I have - not a seperate login for each one, so that I may easily access any number of websites without keeping track of several loggins for access to control panels, ftp, message boards, support tickets, etc. In other words, it needs to be user friendly because my life is already complicated enough without remebering ten different passwords, etc.

Also it needs to have fantastico or something comparable to that.

What's your budget ?
What resource do you need ?
What support do you need ?

Hi dandlion,

If you want to put all your websites/domains under one account... thus having one username and password... your looking for a plan with extra "Add-On" domains available.

Add On Domains --> show different websites using subdomains of main account.
Parked Domains --> show the same website using different domain names.

If you need to keep these websites/domains separate but would like to consolodate your usernames/passwords as much as possible... then you may want to look for a reseller package.

If you interested, I can help you further at:
http://www.serversonic.com,

thanks

dandlion,
I'd suggest to take a look at WHM, which is the reseller panel for cPanel.

HUH?

dandlion,

you have stated that you are looking for a hosting hub bascially. Yes a reseller would probably be your best bet! HostFrog offers reseller services that start at $19.95 per month and go up from there. Below I have listed some other companies that might beable to help you

ResellerZoom: http://www.resellerzoom.com
JLHost: http://www.jlhost.com
HostGator: http://www.hostgator.com

I am sure you will get tons of offers here too

<<Mod Edit: When posting an offer, you must include features, a price, and a URL>>
/Bruce

My Edit: Well you didant have to wipe the whole post... Just the offer... Heres the main bulk of the post:

I think he wants to manage his domains from one place, not have to switch and setup every account in WHM and cPanel a shared host will make it much easier for him, and he would only have to use one account.

Hosting-shack.net can offer you our Business Plan (http://www.hosting-shack.net/shared.html); (PS. Bruce, the link is the name? ok? :P)

+ cPanel Powered
+ 1 GB of Diskspace
+ 20 GB's bandwidth
+ Unlimited Features
+ Daily Backups

For only $5.50/month (http://www.hosting-shack.net/order.php)

A Quote from our homepage:
Why should you choose us for hosting? And why are our prices slightly higher? Well the answer to both questions is because you know we will be here tommorow.

EDIT: Ahh... The post under of removed :(
And on the reply under me. Sure, i can offer you the world for $3.99 a month. But living up to it? Well, it's called overselling, and it's one of the features hosting-shack does not include! If you sign up for 1GB/20GB's with hosting-shack you get it.

Sorry it took me a bit to get back. Yes I am starting several small businesses and they each have a URL; I don't want to have to log in, log out, remember a bunch of different pw's, etc, to administer to several sites. I told my current host the proble .... and they still havn't given the login for a site I paid for over a month ago. I don't know if their swamped or what, but I can't stay with them. In my frustration with a seperate login pw for the sites, and yet another login for support tickets, and yet another to use the message board they have I figured out I need 1 place I can administer to all of this.

Each site has its own domain - not subsites of a main domain. I don't resell them - I'm just going to try the multiple streams of income thing. I only know rudimentary html, so any sort of c-panel that provides a store builder would be nice :-)

I'll review these offers and see what looks like it fits.

cPanel will be perfect for your needs. Most (if not all) the offers in this thread are cPanel based, but let me just remind you - don't go with a site for price, send an email to there sales department with questions (no matter how stupid they sound - the more stupid they are the better!) and see how they handle them.
