You WILL NOT FIND a unmetered 10mbps for that
Unless you absolutely know that usage on your server will exceed 1000GB
I know for one one of our servers which has 36 accounts on and the full 1000GB bandwidth sold it only uses 250GB Monthly on average.
If you are getting a dedicated server it is up to you to install mod_layout. Server comes as a server installation and you will be responsible unless the server is fully managed server.

If you are getting Brute Force Attempts, you need to take care of something like that yourself.
Unless of course you're offered MANAGED support. Managed Support would mean that your server host is responsible for helping you with your server.
Why is MySQL down all the time? Who is trying to Brute Force in?
Things like this are not necessarily your server host's fault, rarely is in fact.
I would quote you a Managed Plan meeting your exact requirements, but for no less than $150.
Offer is open. You can find the Server prices here: http://www.primitivehosting.com/orders/step_one.php
On FWS we will waive all setup fees.

mod_layout is pretty easy to install. I've done it for people just for the heck of it. Sounds like he probably wants to use IPanel.

To be FAIR to Raj and all our future clients, his server is hosted with us and here\'s our reply to his queries on our forum which I again report here for everyone\'s information on what is going on:
Raju, BruteForce happens to ALL servers on the net, no matter which host you are at. On your previousd host, APF, Ad and BFD is not installed, which is why you dont get them at all. Its normal and what the system did was to ban the exploiting servers accordingly, indicating that the firewall is doing its job.
If you dont understand anything, feel free to ask and we will explain it to you. Additionally, you may also ask around on FWS or WHT. Please DO NOT ask for a refund for everything which you dont understand.
We have explained it to you time and time over again that we DO NOT offer refunds for something which is not our fault, hardware or software. In this instance, if we disable BFD and firewall so that you dont get the warning, your site will be hacked in no time, you want this? We also get a copy of these emails and if there is a security breech, we will act on it, so no worry on your end there.
For nameservers, I already explained to you clearly that you need to set the correct IPs on your REGISTRAR\'s end, (where you bought the domain from). This is NOT OUR JOB and neither is our fault.
If you are still having problems setting it up correctly for your own custom DNS or your registrar doesnt allow this, use the ones we provided for you, namely 9 amd 10.
Please visit www.cpanel.net and do some read up on WHM since you are going to manage a server, we cannot be baby sitting you all the time since your server is semi-managed.
I used dnsstuff.com and did a check on our settings for your main domain, which is rajhosting.com and everything is setup perfectly:
Domain Type Class TTL Answer
rajhosting.com. A IN 14400 66.111.227.93
rajhosting.com. NS IN 14400 ns1.rajhosting.com.
rajhosting.com. NS IN 14400 ns2.rajhosting.com.
rajhosting.com. NS IN 14400 ns9.rtgasia.com.
rajhosting.com. NS IN 14400 ns10.rtgasia.com.
ns10.rtgasia.com. A IN 3595 66.111.227.94
If you are still having problems getting your custom NS to work, CONTACT YOUR REGISTRAR, the business you bought the domain from, NOT US.

Let me just recount all your problems with us since day 1:
1. DAY 1: Your mysql went down because you or someone went to recompile apache again with practically EVERY OPTIONS ticked. You emailed us and we got it fixed withn 6 hours, reminding you to NOT upgrade anything under WHM which you are not sure of. We offered to do that for you FREE in future should you need something new, including mod_layout.
2. DAY 2: Your Apache went down and you emailed us again. We checked and found SYNTAX ERROR uner httpd.conf, which is very very rare unless someone manually tried to edit the httpd.conf file or a process was prematurelly terminated under WHM, maybe during account creation.
3. DAY 3: You emailed us claiming that your custom ns is not working. We checked and found that it is NOT correctly registered at your registrar and provided the IP addresses you should use for them. You were advised to contact your REGISTRAR to get it sorted out since custom NS is not something which we can control on our end. You said ok and then today, you come back with this?
We have since day 1 helped you and even bend backwards to get everything fixed for you, which is what we have been doing for all our clients, none the less for you.
We mentioned time and time again that you are welcome to submit a Support Ticket for any issue and we will have it done for you as long as you dont break the kernal or OS, which we have kept our promises to date.
Please try to understand your server and then your problem, if you intend to managed a server. There are lots of documentation on the net for them.
You are welcome to go to any host with your business if you find that we have not done our part of the bargain but as a piece of advice, please try to understand your server and then your problem, if you intend to managed a server. There are lots of documentation on the net for them.

Er..ahem, mod_layout and ipanel is 2 DIFFERENT program, ipanel needs mod_layout but mod_layout can work by itself under apache, ya?

Raj, maybe you should just keep your server and ask somebody to help you setup your server properly. Change providers next month cycle if you need.

James, if you are able to offer Raj the same specs server at the same price we are offering now and help him setup and manage his server, we would be GLAD to pass his business on to you NOW, no need to wait next month.

Hotweelz is right it isn't difficult,
cd /tmp
wget http://fresh.t-systems-sfr.com/unix...yout-3.2.tar.gz (http://fresh.t-systems-sfr.com/unix/src/www/mod_layout-3.2.tar.gz)
tar -zxvf mod_layout-3.2.tar.gz
cd mod_layout-3.2
mv Makefile.STATIC Makefile
then i used pico to edit the apxs directive in the Makefile file
make
make install
service httpd restart
It is then up to his billing software not to feck up while he is creating new accounts. IPanel can be told only to include headers and footers opn free accounts.
