Free domain hosting ( uni.cc domains are allowed.) is opened to everyone so that they can take part in building the online community. Following is the specifications for the free hosting.

Diskspace : 250 mb
Bandwidth : 3000 mb
Script support: PHP, Perl/CGI
Email : POP3 unlimited accounts
Databases: unlimited MySQL databases
Control panel : Cpanel with Frantastico

No forum posting or ads is required to activate your account, but you need to post 5 posts a week to maintain your account.

You wrote "no forum posts/" in your title, maybe you should to edit it, cos posts are required, not for account activation but yes to maintain active the account.
