I think you'll learn there's no such thing as unlimited space. How much are you paying for 500 gigabytes bandwidth? I've got a feeling they might cut that one short of your expectations too.

500GB seems to be a little too much... this doesn't look too good. Unlimited could mean only 900MB, 1GB or 5GB... not even close to enough for a free host.

who would give you 500 GB of transfer? you know how much that costs especially if it's fully burstable? take a look here: www.intelli-host.com
500 GB/mo. costs A LOT OF MONEY.

$100 dollars a year? Clearly this is a scam.
~$8/mo. will get you a server with a:
1 Mhz 8088 Processor
300 baud modem connection
2 MB space
1 MB bandwidth
No backups
No email, no anything else

obviously you don't know the prices of real dedicated servers. i don't if you know about this, but virtual dedicated servers are not very reliable. you should be paying $100 a month, not $100 a year. hell, $100 a month is not even sufficient, you should be expecting to pay about $499 a month. even VDSes are around $100 a month, your provider is a scam. take it from my experience and the experience that roams these forums.

You would have to pay at least $15,000 dollars/year for 100GB of Space and 500GB of Transfer.

the least you would pay for that package would be around 599 USD monthly + a hefty setup fee.
