Best Plesk or DirectAdmin Reseller for $10

I'm looking to provide my users with the option of cPanel (already have) or Plesk. Most users prefer cPanel, so the Plesk account doesn't have to be as big as the cPanel account. I'm looking for the best reseller I can get for $10 (or less) with Plesk + Application Vault (not sure if it's seperate).

[edit:] DirectAdmin is also accepted. Installatron is a plus.

Also, I haven't done much with Plesk. If anyone can suggest any skins for it (the default skin is too windows like) I'd appreciate it.

They offer directadmin for there reseller plans I think plus they have been round a bit :-).
