I'm not even sure if I had asked this myself before.. =P

well, do we HAVE to logout when we exit this forum/site? because I find myself frequently forget to click the Logout link and I just close the browser directly... and next time I come on here and I find myself in the "currently logged in members" list, so I guess it really never logged me out.. but I am not sure does it matter? I mean it's even pretty convenient actually to not to logout =P

I think it is when you are on the site it says you are logged in otherwise i think almost 500 people would currently be logged on.

I believe you have the option to automatically log on when you come here via cookies. You can enable or disable this in the profiles (I think that is where it is at any rate). If you are using your own computer, you can forget about logging in or out using the cookies. If you are using a public or shared access computer, you may wish to log on and off manually to avoid someone else posting under your name.

Epgs and Cagey, you are correct.

You will not appear on 'Currently active users' if you are not on this forum, even if you have not clicked the log out button the last time you visited.
