What are some porgrams that offer pop-ups and pop unders for non-english websites.

Excellent question. I am aware of none. There are banner networks, some pay per search opportunities, and affilaite opportunities for nonenglish sites, but I know of no popunder providers.

My friend uses some japanese banner service, and they give 20-40 cents per click (after the yen -> dollar conversion). They transfer it right to your bank account.. How convinient. Stupid Americans, why can't they do that? I want more than some measly 5 CPC!

What japanese banner network pays 20 to 4o cents per click?
And still the question of popups and popunders for nonenglish sites has not been addressed.So are there no networks offering such ad formats for nonenglish sites?
