alet s. (http://www.freewebspace.net/php/reviews.php?user=alet.s) has submitted 6 reviews (all on the same day), all of which are totally inobjective.

In each one he has given them minimum score in every category, including speed and features, for example, for services he admits that he has never used.

It's reviewers like this which mess up the voting system and subsequently the objectivity of this site.
Please resolve this for us.

Since he hasn't tried any of those services, his ratings have been changed to 0, which means they won't be displayed or counted.

But I don't think one should submit a bad review on the basis of this reason.
