Two ques: free top sites and freebies sites

1) Does anyone know any of any services that provides free top sites? All I know is topsitelists.com and sitegadgets.com that offers such a service. Any others?

2) Can anyone give a comprehensive list of all those freebies sites? I used to have bookmarked a lot, but I deleted a lot of them before... All I have are thefreesite.com, freecenter.com and freeindex.com now.

I believe those sites you currently have contain link sections. You could try there. Chances are you'll eventually find a good bit of sites that way.
