The site is very good in both layout and content. i noticed that the forum was a bit wide for 800x600. The only other thing is that a different colour might be better for the text highlight colour on the side bar. Good placing of the ad, though it does detract a little from your site. all in all very good. You were the first to reach the chequered flag with this site! :)

You might want to employ a different way of navigation, or put the back/next links at the bottom of the main text frame instead of on the top right site.
