Good:
-Took two seconds to load
-Easy to read
-Nice text scroll

Needs Improvement:
-You don't need an intro page if you're just going to display your logo (which is the same one on the next page), counter, and some pretty standard site requirements. Intro's should wow the visitors into clicking into the site.
-You need improvement on the graphics. I can see the black corners under the white rounded corners against the blue background. Also, the title logo looks pretty amateurish. Try to improve on that by adding a good-looking picture in back of it. The title headers also look somewhat amateurish. Try to add some fade to it or some shadow.

I hope this helped. If you can't seem to make your site look professional, the only way to go at it is to make more site layouts. It took me about 50 layouts before my sites started to look good. Anyways, good luck.

I think the colors (mainly the blue) are too bright.
Like the guy above me, I don't think you need a startup page like that. Either remove it or do some more stuff to it, like preload images or something.

The graphics are a bit dull. Clean layout.
