I have searched, and i am opening an art archive for some of my friends to put there art

all i need is

unlimited space, or over 150 megs
cgi (for a file manager)
and good bandwidth

dont care about ads

for cgi he can only get 10 or 20 megs i dont remember and thats it

It's 10 megs. But can't you store the images on a normal account and use the CGI to call the images from there? But if you want to upload with the CGI, it'll go to the CGI account, you can try using FTP instead to manage files.

with excelland you can start a host like i did (you could visit my url if you want *g)

then everyone of your friends could get his own account on your webhost page

but i don't know with you want this - or just look for a FWP with 150mb and cgi-bin - but i think you won't find such a provider...
