Yes, after a long period of time I have been thinking of new designs, and scrapped several ones I thought of... I thought I over did my previous website, which turned out quite poorly, so I am starting a new design which will take more of my time. Luckily I have a three day weekend to expand the website. Soon, the website will be completely up.

So comments? I went with a different flavor, and like the bricks... if you look at it you will know what I mean. No more flashy amateuristic navagation bars.

bit devoid of content even military stuff :(

I hoped you'd started a warez site with sim 3000 but it's just a scam - still nice brick wall - reminds me of something can't think what

I must apologize but I will be transferring all the old content, the military stuff, to the new site, all I wanted to know is if the design is good or not.

Unfornately, I just found out it is not optimized for 800X600, since a part of the brick wall gets cut off. Why the hell is it a joke? I just uploaded this design.

The old design is here:

i think the old design is better.... the new one looks like you made it with a pagebuilder from geocities.com with the templates........

but at the old design the color of the menu and main part are not the same, it looks better i think when it's the same color........

Mirna

The site is supposed to represent something more professional, rather than being amateuristic. The reply I have gotten for the old design was that it was pretty sloppy. I scrapped six designs that I was going to choose from on blue print, and choose this one. Although it seems generic, it serves the purpose for my site, and based on this purpose I want you to come up with your own opinion on it.

It's better than before, however I would scrap the brick background. Maybe a solid or metallic bar would look better.

If you can point me to a good textured background that does the fade to white thing as you can see on my website, I will use it. If you have any suggestions for that. What else should I do? Just keep in mind, I want to keep this site simple and business-like.

I now have a new background... nicer in my opinion, how about your's?

Well, its pretty plain I'll give that but then all my sites have the same portal-like layout. but still you need rollovers for the navigation and Never start with a table. Put your logo on top.

I thought I have rollovers for the navigation, the text turns red.
I will design a logo soon...

I added a few things, and optimized it for 800X600 hopefully. This site is not to be viewed in 640X480 unfornately, I tried it and it looks not so good.
