I need to know what and where I can get free domains
I know .com.kg are free...
What other TLD's are?

sorry to disappoint you buddy, but there is no real free TLD services out there. They all died. But, my batsenses tell me that there may be a few coming out in the near future!

there probably is, but the best that i have found, which i can control like a real domain is the domains which are a.b.com.kg.
