Does anyone of you knows a few good, paid Belgian Servers.

I'm looking for this:
- 50 MB
- 1500 MB Bandwidth
- My own CGI-BIN with Perl5 and the possibility to send mails (run custom scripts)
- mySQL or any other type of database
- Belgian Server
- Possibility for a Belgian Domain

Any host can do any international domain as long as you point it to their nameservers. Why belgian servers? :confused:
