Need Help Fast

A couple of years ago we began a homepage with a host offering free homepages. Recently when I went to check our homepage I found that the host had gone XXX rated and our homepage is that way also.

We strongly desire to remove our username from that site and not be connected with it in anyway. Please we need advice on what to do and how to change this ASAP!

First (you've probably already done it), delete your site from them. Unfortuanely, if it is a subdomain, the URL belongs to them and you can't get your information back. More reasons to have your own domain and a well established host.
