post problems on paid hosting

we purchased hosting for web store on saturnservices.com. Domain is registered by register.com (now they are adding frame to the bottom of our site) . We tried to use mail services using hosting provider interface. Mail boxes was registered. Now we can send but can not recieve messages. SMTP and POP3 correspond to our domain
Can someone advise about resons?

you try emailing their support through a different account? I've tried emailing them for some sales questions, but they've never replied.

What I learnt from http://saturnservices.com/ is they use CPanel.

In that case, your incoming and outgoing mail server should be:
mail.yourdomain.com

And CPanel also comes with a web mail interface called Neomail.

It is at yourdomain/cpanel > Mail > Webmail
